Chevelle es una banda de Post Grunge de Chicago, Illinois formada en 1995. La banda fue compuesta originalmente por dos hermanos Pete Loeffler (Voz, Guitarra) Sam Loeffler (Bateria) y Matt Scott (Bajo, Coros), Reemplazado poco tiempo despues por Joe Loeffler, Cuando Joe dejo la banda en 2005 el puesto fue ocupado temporalmente por Geno Lenardo hasta que llego Dean Bernandini Cuñado de sam y pete. Chevelle ha vendido mas de 3 millones de copias solo en Estados Unidos. La banda ha lanzado 5 albumes de estudio, su mas reciente álbum Sci-fi Crimes debutó en el #6 de Billboard, el debut mas alto a la fecha de la banda y vendió 46,000 copias la primera semana. Otros lanzamientos de la banda incluyen 2 albumes en vivo y 2 dvd's.
